RBR20 satellite not syncing after firmware update

I recently updated the firmware on my Orbi RBR20.  Since then, I have not been able to connect the one satellite.  When i attempt to do so, I consistently get the slow flashing white light on top.  It never turns any other color as the instructions state it should.  Eventually I get the message that the satellite was not found and to try again.  I have powered down my modum and the Orbi router and sattelite.  I brought them back up in proper order, no difference.  I can not find another user question that matches mine.  Any help would be appreciated!
