RBR40 says offline but the internet is working
I have the Orbi RBR40 with two satellites and the Fios wifi 6 router. They worked well and we had two wifi networks - but now the Orbi app is showing that the router is "offline". But, my Orbi network still works for the most part. The issue is that certain websites and apps on our phones do not work.
I have tried power cycling both the fios and the orbi but nothing has improved. Any suggestions?
- its usually because you're using 2 routers on the network both in router mode. its called a double nat.

options?
1. put the fios in modem only/passthrough mode
2. put the netgears IP address in the fios's DMZ
3. put the netgear in ap (access point) mode.
use only 1 of those options to fix it.
