RBR40 showing offline after I upgraded speed of internet
I'm going crazy - I was dumb enough to upgrade my internet with spectrum modem and now the Orbi says the cables are connected but no internet. I have reset it, unplugged, can't find a n actual numbe...
Try this.
Power off both the modem and the router. Disconnect all cables from both. even coax from modem. let them sit a minute or 2.
then connect coax back to the modem. power it on. wait a few minutes for it to fully boot.
then connect lan cable from modem to wan port on router.
power the router on. give it a couple minutes.
What modem do you have?
what firmware is on your orbi?
