RBR40 stopped working

I have an RBR40, router with 2 satellites, connected to an Arris TM822 spectrum-supplied modem.  Everything worked fine for a year, then a couple days ago we lost the internet connection. The networks still appear, but say no internet.  I still have the spectrum-supplied router, which I reconnected and it works.  The orbi's not detected by the orbi app, so I tried to reinstall, but the orbi local network doesn't appear.  Any suggestions?
