RBR50 NETGEAR Armor activation code ‘there was an error try again later’

 I have attempted a handful of times to input the activation code NETGEAR soft my NETGEAR ARMOR subscription. I just purchased it today  and it keeps telling 'error please try again later' 

not too sure what to do to but any guidance or help is appreciated :)
