RBR50 Orbi
Is there a way to reset router if the RESET button does not work. It doesn’t click when I press on it. The power light does not turn amber after pressing for 20 sec. the button seems stuck. Is there another way to reset the router?

Try accessing the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 and use the ERASE function on the web page under Advanced Tab/Admin/Backup.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AC products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum.
