RBR50 will not connect to Disney

Hi,

I have an Orbi RBR50 unit and a satellite to extend the home network. 

I have had the Orbi system for about a year now, and everything was working very well.

In the last 2 weeks, i have been unable to connect to Disney plus. I have another network at home and if i connect to that or a mobile phone connection then i can use Disney.

i have reset and rebooted the Orbi. I have unplugged all devices and waited 5-10minutes.

i have tried wired and wireless connection to the Orbi.

have updated firmware

i do not have Circle or Armour activated.

I have  not changed anything from the time Disney worked till the time it didn't.

this is the same for Disney on all my devices, whether it is on TV, Ipad or phone. 

When connected to Orbi it just does not work.

Does anyone know what else can be done please?
