RBR750 403 Forbidden

I have RBR750 — Orbi WiFi 6 Router AX4200

Im getting error 403. Whenever i go to this web site https://www.naturesmedicines.com/d/dispensaries/pennsylvania.html

I been looking all day for fixes and can't find any. I know 100% its the router doing something becuase if i hook my computer up to the modem the website works just fine.

1. I have updated my firmware.

2. No Security is turn on in the router

3. I have already factory reset my modem and restarted it.

If i could get any help with this it would be great.
