RBS50Y-- wont sync-- Goes blue for about a minute and then stays Magenta

Hey All-- so I got an orbi outdoor RBS50Y-- and the first one I got was defective--- just got sent a replacement-- but this one is doing the same thing--When I do the sync with my Router (or try to add through the app) it will sync of about a minute and go blue-- then turn magenta and stay this way-- getting crazy frustrated-- contacted Netgear again-- but wanted to know if anyone else had this problem with the outdoor orbi--again it goes blue for a minute then red and I am plugging it in legit right next to it

any advice would be amazing
