RBW30-firmware version V2.6.2.2

Hello,

I have a Orbi Satellite RBW30 and I have as a firmware version the V2.6.2.2 

When I log into my account via my desktop, and I check the firmware versions of my hardware, the orbi page tell me that it failed to download the latest firmware, even though it seems to me that the latest one is the one I already have installed.

If I try to download a new firmware upgrade, still the V2.6.2.2, and I upload the .chk file, it tells me that it is the wrong file, since it should be a .img file.

This has never happened to me so I am not sure what is going on.

Has anybody encountered my issue and been able to solve it?
