AC2400 Support

I’m aware netgear is no longer providing updates, yet the emails said I would still be able to use it.  This morning, anything connected to it was not working. Tried logging into it, I get password ...

What are the led's on it doing? 

Is it actually an AC2400 model? That's usually the speed rating but I think there was one version they did that on. Check the label. 

Do wired devices not work?
