I connect my WNR1000v3 to an AT&T MODEM it's still showing name no resolved help if possible, I also have no-ip.com DNS downloaded to both the netgear and the AT&Tmodem hoping to gain an bridge conne...

I'm just going to ask, why are you doing this? the WNR1000 is old and extremely slow. Its an old N150 device that isn't even gigabit.  You can pickup super cheap used routers that will blow this thing out of the water.
