Hi DexterJB,

I never tried to load an old config file after using TFTP from the Microsoft Win10 Command Prompt to manually update the firmware to V1.0.4.122_10.0.95.

 

I had the same problem as KwikTripper.

    Hi Qstik, we'd like to know the following:

     

    What prompted you to use the TFTP method instead of the usual manual/auto update method?

    Have you tried updating to the latest firmware version (1.0.4.126)?

    What is the status of the power LED?

      Hi DexterJB

       

      I was locked out of the web interface following a manual update.  I don't know how else to reflash new firmware or revert to old firmware (not my preferred option).

       

      I have not tried the new firmware.  I do not remember the status of the power LED.

       

      I have replaced my Netgear router with a different brand, which is working just fine.
