WNDR3700 changing from wireless to wired (radio off)

Need to know how to switch back and forth from wireless to wired and back using a wired only PC running Win 7.

OK, I'll play around will wps

but

I still can't login to my router using www.routerlogin.com or 192.168.1.1 on my wired PC.
