ReadySHARE not permanent visible in windows 10 explorer, R7000

I'am able to 'see' the two USB drives attached to my R7000 by 'running the \\readyshare command'.
I have to re-run \\readyshare command each time I open windows explorer while in the past I saw the USB drives permant in windows explorer.
This is inconveniant for making back-ups of those usb drives e.g.

Did you try resetting the router?
I suggest that you try to safely remove the drives then factory reset the router then reconnect the drives and verify if the problem continues.
