Hi Ddredar,
1. Can the printer be detected by the USB Control Center?
2. Try uninstalling and re-installing the printer drivers.

Hi Ddredar,
Please try uninstalling and re-installing the drivers for the printer on at least one computer for isolation. Please keep us posted on the results.

DexterJB,
So reinstalling the drivers was part of the problem. At first i wan't going to reinstall the drivers. Because of the age of this printer, Windows 10 has them built in and they are updated automatically through Windows Update. But then I thought, what the hell, Microsoft Update dosen't always work correctly so let me give it a try. I turn off the printer and went into device manager to uninstall the device. There were multiple entries for the printer. After looking at them all, I notice each one had a different com port setting. I uninstalled all the printer instances, and also had to go back into Devices and Printers to remove all references to the printer. Restarted the computer, made sure the printer was attached to the router, and turned it on. It detected through the Netgear USB Control Center, installed itself, and BOOM!!! started to work. Went to all my other computers and found the same issue on them.
After all the experience I have had with Microsoft Windows, I should have thought of that first. Thanks for the reminder Dexter.
