Readyshare USB Control Center

Readyshare installer cannot complete the installation of Readyshare USB Control Center (v3.1) on my Mac.  My firewall is turned off.  I can see the printer in the printers and scanners preference pane, but not in the USB Control Center when I open the app (which I did by overriding the Mac OS blocking feature for non-App store apps).  When I try to print on my USB printer it prints one line of code and then multiple blank pages and I have to turn off the printer to get it to stop.  Has anyone figured out how to sucessfully install this application on Big Sur?
