Readyshare vault

Since my original post was closed, I am re-posting in case anyone else is still having the issue I was having below:

"I am using a netgear R6250 wifi router with a 4TB WD USB hard drive hooked to it. My computer is running windows10 pro and I have the readyshare vault software installed and it works well. The problem is it only works for a few days and then it will not load anymore until I re-run the installation program to repair the installation then it will work again for a few days. I've updated all software/firmware and I even went as far as doing a fresh install of windows and that didn't help at all. Any suggestions?"

I finally stumbled across the solution to the problem and it is working great now. I was having an issue with the bluetooth on my computer only working when I selected restart from the menu (not powering down and up again). I found the solution to be the Windows fastboot option causing the problem. When I turned it off the bluetooth works perfectly, it shuts down a lot faster and starts only a few seconds slower. I also realized it fixed the readyshare vault problem I was having! It works every single time now at start up.
