ElaineM solved my problem by finding out that the system couldn't handle the fact that I first tried to register the product without the serial number and the second time I registered the product with the serial number, but not the model number. So it considered it registered apparently, just not to me. She got customer service to set it so that it now shows as registered to me. Thank you Elaine!
Ya I think they have an 120 day or 90 day free support after which they want you to buy a service contract. Do you have an issue with your router that this community can help with ?
