ElaineM solved my problem by finding out that the system couldn't handle the fact that I first tried to register the product without the serial number and the second time I registered the product with the serial number, but not the model number. So it considered it registered apparently, just not to me. She got customer service to set it so that it now shows as registered to me. Thank you Elaine!

I am having the same problem....It e=was registered when I hooked it up but not in my name.
I am trying to use the genie to set the parental controls but it will not let me in.

pfote959 What's the model number that you're trying to register?
Can you PM me the Serial Number?
What do you mean by not letting you in using Genie? Is it the login? make sure you have an OpenDNS account.
