Remote access via Netgear Genie
I am attempting to enable the remote access feature for my router via the Netgear Genie iOS app. When I try it, it says that “This router does not support remote access.” However, the Netgear website indicates that remote access via Netgear Genie is available for this router (WNDR4000).
What do I need to do to enable the remote access on the Netgear Genie iOS app? Thank you.

Welcome to the community!
The router model that you is not among that support the Remote Login feature of the Genie app. However, it does support Remote Management as described on this KB link.
