Replacement WIFI Router

I live in the Dominican Republic in the winter and Claro is my internet provider and their provided router is a HUAWEI EchoLife HG8245H with a fiber optic connection to the provider (Claro),  The router is old, poor signals and not as secure as the newer ones.  Does Netgear have a router that accepts a fiber optic connection back to the internet provider?

  • No. Only RJ45 ports that connect from ISP services that have a optical converter to ethernet device. I.e. ONT.
