Resetting password on router not supported by Nighthawk app
I have a AC 1600 Cable Modem Router, which is not supported by the Nighthawk app. When I try to log in to the routerlogin.net or .com sites, they will not load. I am trying ti figure out how I can get into my router admin site and change my router password and admin name

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for
"Access NETGEAR genie". Note the suggested alternative of specifying an
IP address.
