It isn't really a Netgear problem. Roomba made the device.It should advise you on how to connect to the wifi from the router.

This issue is not new. Try this:

These issues often come down to the useless apps from the makers of IoT devices. They cannot tell the difference between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz on the device you use to set up the IoT thing.

I can see nothing in the administrative screen that would be causing an issue and cannot find anything regarding 2.4 vs. 5 GHz in the settings. I do not know enough about Wi-Fi to go changing things in the settings.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

Check the section in the manual Specify Basic WiFi Settings.

There may also be some helpful videos on what to do.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

You can temporarily disable the 5 GHz wifi, set up the IoT toy and then turn the 5 GHz wifi back on.
