netgear router device list has "amazon-357ee6016"  how to I find out what this device is?

One way:

  • Look for the MAC address associated with this device
  • Look at the devices in your network for their MAC addresses

You can narrow down the search buy putting that MAC address into a search engine that will reveal the maker.
