ye i checked cables aswell, the power was correctly placed, aswell as ethernet cables. So might just be a loose connection somewhere in the router,
it still didnt drop since the reset, so i hope this will stay. If this problem does come back i might just send this router back to the shop i bought it from to get a new one
Kind regards

I am experiencing similar issues, seeing similar log messages. Unsure if these are true attacks or simply mis-interpretation by the firewall.
Also when experiencing connectivity issues, if i log into the router, on the Basic>Homepage it says the Internet is not connected, but on the Advanced>Home page in the Internet Port box it shows an IP address and it appears to be connected.
What I am wondering is if there are DNS issues going on with the router?

JensB Did you try to contact your ISP and ask for a new Internet IP address?
kbrewster Do you have the same model number of router?
In your case, try to reflash the firmware and then reset it after.
If you get the same thing, try using an older firmware.
By the way, don't forget to reset every after reflash or fw downgrade.

i called my isp company yesterday and they did a check on the company's modem which supplies the internet in my house. The modem itself is okay and there were no signs of a dos attack on those logs.
Anyways they said to shut down the modem for 10 minutes & then reactivate it (modem would automaticly give new ip adresses then). But that did not help anything. Router from netgear still goes down 20 times in a couple of minutes when my modem ( which is a wifi router aswell but bad range, that's why i have the netgear one ). is still online broadcasting wifi-signals. So the problem is on this netgear router. I resetted it again today, and my computer saw it as a new router.
So i thought, well mayby its fixed, but then again it dropped a couple of times, please can just someone help me with this, cuz its so annoying.
Kind regards,
jens
