Router error message at shutdown of PC

"ControlCenter.exe", which seems to be part of some "Netgear USB Control

Remove the "Netgear USB Control Center" package? If you're actually

say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As
usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results
(error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

I can only find four links to Genie, but not an .exe or such. I have the Control Center, but it does not seem to be able to control anything.

That's what's known in the trade as a bug.

"seem"? None of that is a useful problem description. It does not
say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As

removed the Netgear USB Control Center package and no longer get the error message. Thanks!
