Router login

When I went to the router login.net site and put in my information a check came up to get me to some technical customer support. Is that legit? They said they were computer services of Texas

       "router login.net" is not a valid name.  "routerlogin.net" is.  With
    my weak psychic powers, I can't see what you actually typed.

       Probably not.  If you misspell "routerlogin.net", then you might go
    to some scam-artist site.  If you actually do a Web search, then there's
    no telling where you might end up.

     

       If the URL wherever you end up does not include "netgear.com/", then
    you might be in a place where you don't want to be.

       Does that sound to you like your own router?  Your own router is
    where "routerlogin.net" should take you.  If you spell it right.
