Router needs to restart every time to connect internet

- I tried my best with netgear router. But it is not compatible with gtpl broadband isp. It doesn,'t work properly.
So let me buy another company's router suggested by gtpl broadband technical person.
I have borrow my friend's netgear router same as mine and try to test but the same issue happen with that router also. I discussed with gtpl technician about that but he told its netgear router fault. He suggested me to buy other company's router. So i assume that netgear router is not vompatible with gtpl isp service.
