Router not working rbr20
I have an orbi rbr20 with firmware version of v2.6.2.104
anyone having problem with this router?? I keep rebooting this router which I didn't' use to do before. This router keeps going offline on me. Initially I thought it was the WiFi but when I connect an rj45 directly to the router, it also doesn't have any internet. I connected my device directly to my modem and it has internet. I have replaced my cable modem with the same model arris tm822 which was the previous model too so I don't know what the issue is with this orbi router. It's only 10am and I already rebooted this thing twice. Seriously this is not a good user experience. Definitely something changed with this router.

I have the exact same problem. I just posted on another thread before I saw this one. (I searched first, but somehow didn't find this post until after I posted mine).
SOOOO FRUSTRATING...
I tried to revert the firmware back, and it won't let me revert the satellites, so I ended up plugging my old ASUS router in until I can get this resolved.

Yeah I've seen 2 others after I posted. And commonality for sure is the firmware. I think I provided enough information for them to troubleshoot this thing on their end. Hopefully they release new updates soon.

Have you been able to revert the firmware update?
I tried, but it won't revert the Satellites, only the RBR. The Satellites keep asking for a password.

Another thread which might help you:

I stayed on the old firmware and didn't update and I am so glad I did.
I'm never updating firmware until I see solid proof it's stable.

Thank you for the other link.
It definitely STARTED as a DNS issue. I was temporarily able to fix it by changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 . But eventually, even that didn't work.
Ultimately, I spent an hour and reverted the firmwares back a version. I'll wait a while before upgrading the firmware to see if they can figure out the problem.
Such a frustrating couple of days...

How is it going after you reverted the firmware?
