Router R6020 and I want to go into my settings....how do I do that?
I am told my router functions on an insecure network and it's slowing down my internet speed, but that I should be able to go in and adjust my settings to fix that. I need some help doing that if it is even possible.

Who told you that? And what did they tell you?
Accessing the controls of your router isn't likely to do much there. Unless you know what is slowing down your Internet speeds.
Start by describing your problem, not some random solution that may have nothing to do with the issue.
