Router R6250 will not connect to the internet
My router will not connect to the internet when I look in the genie app. I have taken it to a friends house and it worked fine and when I connect my laptop directly to my modem by ethernet cord the internet works as well so I know it is not an ISP issue. I have tried resetting the router multiple times, unplugging and replugging as well as the reboot. I have also updated the firmware and have run out of things to try...
