Router won't connect to internet

Update..I had to go online and start the setup wizard from the website instead of through the app. I have an older iPhone and evidently that was the problem. It had an option to choose that my phone was not compatible and when I chose it, the setup worked like it was supposed to.
Most of the setup is to be performed using the browser by accessing your router from IP 192.168.1.1 and then setting up your router properly. If you even again have this issue, just reset your router and use the web version to access it.
