Why does my internet constantly turn off with this router? I called the internet company and they said that the internet feed is working so it has to be the routers error.

1. Have you checked if the connection straight from your ISP's modem is stable?
2. Have you tried changing the cable that is connecting the modem to the router?
3. Does the issue persist on both your wired and wireless devices?
4. Have you tried resetting the router?
5. What is the firmware version of the router?
