Samsung TV Wifi Issues

We have the ORBI CBR40. Every time I turn on my Samsung Smart TV (Model UN55HU6830), our laptop gets kicked off the network. I am wondering if this is a wifi setup issue, if we have too many devices on that specific satellite or what can be done to configure so that this doesn't continue to happen.  This has been an ongoing issue ever since the TV was installed and the satellite was moved to the basement (The TV is in the basement, the laptop is almost directly above the satellite on our first floor.
