Satellite Duplicated 252 times on Update Firmware Screen

I have an RBR50 with 3 RBS50s all connected via wired backhaul.  My system works most of the time, but satellites seem to disappear randomly from time to time.  I see 3 different things within the admin tools that are suspicious to me.

1.  On the Firmware Update screen one of my satellites is listed 252 times.  Only one of the listings shows "No new firmware version available."  The rest of the entries show "Waiting for connection".

2.  On the Attached Devices screen, one of my satellites shows up as "2.4G" eventhough it is hardwired (through a switch just like the other two).

3.  If I launch the Android mobile Orbi app on my phone, the Network Map shows no satellites at all.  I know that I used to see them shown here!

I have not done a complete factory reset yet, but I've updated firmware several times.  Before I spend the time to reset everything, has anyone else had similar issues?
