Scam Alert

I just bought an Orbi and was trying to find technical support so I googled "Orbi Technical Support and got this number. Looked legit so I called it. The person on the other end seemed sketchy and told my my Orbi wasn't working because I didn't pay the licensing fee of $100 and that if I didn't pay immediately I couldn't use my system. I hung up. Netgear should investigate this
