Setting DHCP renewal time
For R6120 router which is the DHCP server for my network what has to be done to change what the DHCP renewal timeframe is on router ? Being the clients on my network are online most of the time ...

I've never seen a consumer-grade Netgear router which offered any
supported way to change such DHCP parameters.
But, so far as I know, the default lease time is typically 1 day
(86400s). See, for example:

So, it's not immediately obvious that your rapid renewals can be
blamed on the router. Do other client devices show similar symptoms?
