Setting the time on a R6400

How do you set the internal time and date on a R6400? When I go to the traffic screen is telling me it's sometime in January 2003!

I had actually tried reinstalling the firmware over the weekend but I did it this morning for a 2nd time after getting your reply. It didn't have any effect on the time in the router. It's still back in 2003! Maybe it's trying to tell me something :)

　

Any other ideas?
