Setting up VPN on N900 / WNDR4500v2

Hello, I would like to set up VPN on my router, but in order to do so, the KBA instructs me to navigate to ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > VPN Service.  Is this option available for this router, because I don't see it?  Based on on this article, it appears that it should be available.

 

Does the WNDR4500 support OpenVPN?

OpenVPN is the same as VPN passthrough. No configuration needed on the router to setup the VPN. This requires VPN client software to setup the connection.

       _Which_ "the KBA" says _what_, exactly?  To which model(s) does it
    apply?

     

    > [...] No configuration needed on the router to setup the VPN. [...]

     

       I fail to see how "No configuration needed on the router" could be
    consistent with "ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > <anything>".
