Slow wi-fi speeds
I hav a r 6080 router. My wif speeds are really slow.,80 mbs down. i am currently geting 180 mbs down load from the baack of my modem (cm500) is there a setting in the router to speed up the wi-fi???

Your bottleneck may be your router's connection to your modem, not
its wireless-network speed.

If you mean 80 Mbps. that's not slow for some wifi clients.

@duckware knows their stuff and can bust a few myths and cut through marketing hype.
The R6080 is a bit crippled by the fact that, according to the documentation, not always a reliable source of information, the LAN and WAN ports are limited to 100 Mbps. So your Internet is faster than your hardware.
