Slow WiFi connection on WNR3500Lv2
I lost my internet connection and was finally able to restore it by updating my firmware. However, while the PC has no internet issues at all, the internet connection on my wireless devices (iPad and...

OK, I upgraded the firmware once again, and it seemed to work much better this time, for some reason. My wireless devices are now letting my access Netgear, and I did a speed test and the speed is much better. :)
For future reference, how do I change the channel? When I go to the Wireless section in Netgear Genie, the channel is set to Auto. Do I simply go to that and switch from Auto to one of the 11 channels listed there (1-11)?

Hello dbutler69
Welcome to the community!
Did you reset the router after firmware upgrade?
If not, you may reset it by pushing the reset hole at the back of it for 10 seconds.
Once done, you may now reconfigure the router to get the internet connection back.
If the same problem persists, you may want to try changing the channel on the router.
By the way, were there any new additional devices that may cause interference with the router?
You may have to stay away from cordless phones, microwave ovens, baby monitors, etc.

Thanks, I'll try that. Nope no additional devices to cause interference.

I reset my WiFi router, and now I can't even log into it with my iPad!! My PC is having no issues, but when I try to access the Netgear WiFi router in my iPad, it keeps asking me for the Netgear password. I'm positive that I'm entering the correct password, but it just keeps asking me for it over and over again. So, now I have no WiFi connection. Help!

What's the wireless encryption you selected?
Another option you may try is to downgrade the firmware.
After firmware upgrade, reset then reconfigure.
