I would enable it for a couple reasons.
1. everything is moving to a mesh/single ssid network. Starting with a single ssid now means when you change routers in the future, you can reuse that same ssid and everything just reconnects when you update
2. ease of use. Most devices will auto-switch to the 5ghz if they're needing the bandwidth. It can usually take a couple days to figure out which band they end up on but the higher bandwidth ones tend to be on there
3. simplicity for others. My wife loves only having 1 network to have to work with. She doesn't have to worry what band to connect to or access point.
