Spam Blocked to unknown device

Hi All, I hope someone can help me with this.

I have recieved a number of spam threats being blocked to a device thats unknown and not connected to any of the satellites?

Any idea how I track down what this device is?

The device name is a combination of my sons name, Netgear and my camera system.  Very odd indeed.
