Spectrum has speeds of 200 mgb I only getting 70 I bypassed the router and got 225 hooked the router back up and it went back to 70

    replaced cat5 cables with cat6 cables problem solved getting 230 mbs

did a factory reset was getting 70 mbs now getting 38 mbs I'm lost.
