Splash page for wndr3700

I would like to have a splash page when my customers connect to my router explaining terms and conditions. Can the WNDR3700 do this or do I need special software?

        I purchased an open-mesh access point for $39.00. It comes with free software that allows you to do splash pages and a multitude of other functions.

        I will let you know how it works out.
