split wifi
i have devices that are not working after i did a reset on my orbi router. did i do something wrong when i reset it? the devices used to work before i reset the router.

What error are you getting?
Are the connecting and saying "connected, no internet"
Are they not connecting to the wifi at all?
Is the wifi broadcasting?
What modem/gateway is the rbr connected to?
Firmware on the router?
We need more details than the devices aren't working.
im not getting an error messgae but me wall thermostat will not connect to the carrier server. it will also bounce in and out of wifi. the wifi is working but some of the features on the devices are working correctly. motion sensors on cameria inside are not working. the modem is a basic modem from spectrum internet. i have also tried to update my firmeware and it will not let me, says there is a problem. i have tried to access my http://orbilogin.com and i enter the serial number for the router and it asks me security questions that whewn i answer them correctly it tells me that i dont have the right inforamtion.
