I fear that this will not work. From earlier discussions here, it seems that you can't join two networks with different WAN IP addresses. They are two separate networks.
You probably need some other way to "tunnel". I would suggest ReadyCLOUD, but his is on its way out. and may not do what you want.
Perhaps you could explain what it is you want to do on this connection so that someone more knowledgeable can advise.
That is the answer I expected. I will look into ReadyCLOUD and its replacements to see whether there may be other answers.

Don't get hooked on ReadyCLOUD. It is on its way out.
Over time, Netgear has removed various features, usually on the grounds of security.
You may have to find some sort of third party option.
I do not know what you want to do, but cloud storage is a good way of sharing data.
