That is the answer I expected. I will look into ReadyCLOUD and its replacements to see whether there may be other answers.

Don't get hooked on ReadyCLOUD. It is on its way out.
Over time, Netgear has removed various features, usually on the grounds of security.
You may have to find some sort of third party option.
I do not know what you want to do, but cloud storage is a good way of sharing data.
