Still locked out of Orbi after Factory Reset

Updated my Orbi with the latest firmware. When finished, was locked out of admin privileges. Already performed the recommended Factory Reset and I still cannot log in as the admin. It takes me to the password recovery page and will not accept the correct answers. How do I get back admin rights without having to toss the router?
